I have had my fair share of challenges, as many of us have.

Years and years of fitting into a very uncomfortable box. Over doing all of the things I thought I "should" do. Unknowingly molding myself into what fit rather than truly knowing and backing myself to stand out.

And so finally, after years and years of struggle and navigating my own path of neurodiversity, identity and mental health challenges......it was time for a new story. A story without boxes and limits.

My real story.....

I accepted, embraced and celebrated my quirky, bare footed, big hearted, outdoorsy, playful, adventurous, tangly haired self. 

I reconnected with and breathed in the natural world. I swum in the ocean. I walked within the trees. I began to really live.....I was home at last. 

Peace. Healing. Wonder. Adventure. Truth. A constant magical wonderland.

So here I am - sharing what I have experienced and learnt along the way with an open heart. Creating opportunities and motivating individuals to get outdoors, breathe, connect, grow, explore and heal while rediscovering and celebrating their own unique selves. 

I am in awe of the brave, brilliant individuals I have met and walked beside along the way. I am constantly learning and growing because of you all. Thankyou.
